This page explains the terms and conditions for using or installing WEQAYAH and applies to all users, customers, and portal visitors.

1. Accessing details not intended for the user, or logging into any server or account the user is not authorized to access, is prohibited.
2. Conducting tests or surveys to find weaknesses in any WEQAYAH system or network (portal or device), or documenting such actions, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
3. Interfering with service is prohibited, including (without limitation) introducing viruses, overloading, flooding with messages, spamming, or attempting to damage or disable the portal or any WEQAYAH device/equipment. Tampering with, misusing, or negligently damaging any installed device, accessories, cabling, or power/network provisions is strictly prohibited. The owner/user is responsible for all repair or replacement costs arising from such damage, as assessed by WEQAYAH (and/or its authorized service provider), and services may be suspended until full payment is received.
4. Sending unwanted electronic messages to the portal (including advertisements) or falsifying any header/IP details or dispatch control protocol is prohibited.
5. Using the portal to send or publish untrue news/information and ascribing it to WEQAYAH is prohibited.
6. Violations may lead to civil and/or criminal liability. Such cases shall be investigated and prosecuted as appropriate.
7. WEQAYAH does not bear responsibility for damages, costs, or expenses arising from any violation of these conditions by the user or anyone acting on their behalf.
8. WEQAYAH reserves the right to deny, restrict, modify, or discontinue access to any feature of the portal at any time, without responsibility or obligation to give reasons.
9. You confirm that all information, documents, and site details you provide are true, accurate, complete, and up to date, and you will promptly correct any errors or omissions.
10. Registration Eligibility: Only fully constructed buildings with an operational Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) may be registered. Buildings under construction or without FACP are not eligible. If you register an ineligible premises, you accept full responsibility and no refund will be provided.
11. You are responsible for providing all required data, approvals, drawings, certificates, access instructions, and contact details needed to process requests, schedule installation, and/or activate services.
12. Any missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information may cause delays in processing, scheduling, installation, testing, activation, or maintenance, and may require re-visits/re-booking or lead to additional fees or fines.
13. The premises must be ready now or within 3 months of the request, including: permanent electrical power at device locations; a valid AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for the fire system; and a clear/accessible FACP (Fire Alarm Control Panel) with no active faults/alarms.
14. Issues with the premises, Fire Alarm System, power, network/connectivity, or third-party equipment may delay installation and/or activation. WEQAYAH is not responsible for such delays or for rectifying third-party systems/faults.
15. You will provide safe access to the site, ensure availability of authorized personnel, and coordinate with third-party contractors. Lack of access/cooperation may result in rescheduling, suspension, or cancellation without liability.
16. WEQAYAH may reschedule your appointment as needed (e.g., technician availability, access, or safety). Until the device is installed and activated at your premises, monitoring is not provided; any incidents, losses, or damages at locations where WEQAYAH is not yet installed/active remain entirely the owner’s responsibility, and no claims may be raised against WEQAYAH for such events.
17. Any timelines are estimates and depend fully on your cooperation, accuracy of information, and site/system readiness. WEQAYAH is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.
18. Until installation is completed and services are activated, monitoring/notifications may be unavailable or limited. You remain responsible for interim safety measures and for manually contacting emergency services (e.g., 997) when needed.
19. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEQAYAH is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from delays, missing/incorrect information, lack of access, or site/system issues. You agree to indemnify WEQAYAH against claims arising from your breach of these terms or from inaccuracies you provide.
20. When a WEQAYAH device is installed, annual maintenance fees are calculated one (1) year from the date of installation, regardless of connection to the Central Monitoring System.

By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept all items in this list, including the consequences of missing/incorrect information and site/system issues that may delay installation or activation.
